I have always had a very keen interest in real estate, having purchased my rst home at age 24, and over

the years have owned real estate in Texas, Colorado, Hawaii and Mexico and managed several Real

Estate partnerships. I am a licensed RE broker in Texas (active broker since 1995) and a licensed RE

broker in Hawaii (active broker since 2005). Have owned property in Hawaii o+ and on since 1982 and

served as Chairperson for the Honolulu Board of Realtors North Shore (Oahu) Regional Realtors’ group in 2021, was re-elected and currently serving in 2022 and, for two years prior to being elected as

Chairperson, served as Vice Chair of the organization. I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston Bauer School of Business (Dean's Award for Academic Excellence and member of First Place winning Team for Business Plan Competition).

A week before turning 30, I founded my rst company and subsequently founded and ran several

privately owned (personal) businesses as Chairman & CEO. Subsequently serving as the Chairman & CEO of a NASDAQ listed public company, then as Chairman & CEO of a joint venture entity (LLC) owned by two large New York Stock Exchange companies. This experience honed my ability to organize complex activities and execute business plans, as well as greatly increasing my experience by negotiating a large number of business contracts and related transactions. All these years of experience have provided a very sound basis for my ac%vi%es in the real estate business and a deep respect for diligence and customer service. My goal is to always use my experience and knowledge for the benefit of my clients to assist them in achieving their real estate goals and objectives.  

I am happily married with two daughters and three grandchildren.
